It was typhoon passing through. The transportation was stopped with train and bus. The stuff was working hard to find solution to each customers. Thanks for that.

The public onsen was not special.

Views of mt fuji. Easy access to all transport. Onsen good.quiet. Walking tracks just down road . you can walk all the way to ropeway ( cablecar)

Beds a bit hard in japanese style room

The location of the hotel is convenient, as there is a bus stop right outside the hotel, making it easy to explore the tourist area. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony offering a stunning view of Mt. Fuji. The onsen is a highlight, with large windows providing a picturesque backdrop while bathing.

Some of the dishes served during dinner were hit-or-miss, with a few items being less appetizing.

The staff's English was a little lacking. Not their fault but it would have been nice if they had. Also, again not their fault, but it was so foggy! Foggier than San Francisco where I'm from, Too bad, I really wanted to see Fuji-san

Fujimien was easy to locate. The room was spacious. The onsen was spacious and had a nice outdoor view.

This hotel promises a view of Fujiyama,and sure enough one morning we woke up to a to a magic view of the famous mountain.A delicious breakfast in the restaurant with a panoramic view of the mountain was a treat we will never forget.The room was ryokan style and really comfortable.

Great value hotel in a popular hot spring location. Wonderful view of Mount Fuji from every room. Enjoyed indoor onsens and buffet-style breakfast. Convenient location for using the Hakone freepass.

Rooms were small and traditional bedding had an unusual smell. The restaurant served hit and miss food and they didn't have great service.
