The location is just next to the airport and the shuttle will not only pick you up and drop you off but take you shopping in town if you want for no extra charge (although tipping is fine).
The rooms are quite large nad the location is very convenient right near the airport and the staff is extremely attentive.
Great location near the airport, close to the Ferry terminal and 10 minutes to downtown.
It is located across from the airport and a major road runs in front of the hotel.

Rooms had one room with a queen bed/TV/phone.
8 months prior to our stay at this hotel we booked a king bed suite with bunk beds as we were traveling with our several small children.
Upon check in, we were given the key to a room which contained a single king bed.
The living area had a single bunk and hide-a-bed, TV, phone, dining table, kitchen.
They offered us a $30 discount and a room with 2 double beds.
There is a good restaurant on the premises.
The full kitchen was great to have with Juneau's costly dining options.
Throughout our stay the staff on reception were very helpful and the room was great.
