The place was reasonably priced. Location: the hotel was just off the Viking Ship museum, Folk Museum and Historical museum, Vigeland Sculpture park and grocery stores. There was Enoteca Vinbar, located nearby, where we relaxed: D

The studio suite for extra beds, facilities worked for us.

The room was cozy and comfortable, with a firm bed that was perfect for a good night's sleep. The kitchenette was well-equipped, allowing us to enjoy delicious homemade breakfasts and late-night snacks. The location was ideal, with scenic surroundings and a peaceful atmosphere. Plus, it was conveniently located close to public transport options, making it easy to explore the city.
The check-in process was a bit of a hassle, taking longer than expected and requiring a visit to the management office. there were some minor maintenance issues, such as a non-functioning stove top and a faulty television on the first day.

The breakfast buffet is by far the best experience in this hotel.
The staff -namely the people at the front desk- was not half as pleasant as they should have been. As per the location of the hotel, even though it is in a beatiful part of town, it is somehow a bit far from the city centre and main atractions of Oslo.

Close to main bus stop which has frequent buses to city in short time. Nice restaurant and not too expensive by Norwegian standards!. It is also in the very up-market and luxury district of Frogner in West of city centre.
Yet another hotel in Norway with no air conditioning, Out of all the hotels I stay in, in Norway, none ever have effective air conditioning that works!

The location is marvellous, 5 minutes' walk to The Vigeland Park. 300 metres are distance to a restaurant. The room is practical and functional with full kitchen, everything is very convenient.

I had a great stay at this hotel. the location was fantastic as it was right in front of a bus line that connected to the central train station. This made it extremely convenient for exploring the city. Secondly, the staff was very attentive and friendly. They made sure that all the basic amenities in the rooms, including the small kitchenette, were done well. Lastly, the value for money was excellent, with breakfast included in the package. this hotel offered a touch of luxury at an affordable price.
All was up to standard, nothing to improve.

Loved the location. Quiet but just a 20 minute walk to the centre through a lovely neighbourhood. In the other direction, 10-15 minutes walk to some beautiful parkland with footpaths. The room would have benefited from minor refurbishment but it had everything we needed and it was absolutely spotlessly clean. Ample tea and coffee was available in the room and an excellent breakfast was included. Whilst not cheap, it is in a Capital City and Norway is expensive so in that context we felt it was good value. All staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were made to feel very welcome.

This is my fifth time at the hotel. The people who work there are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast is elaborate and delicious. The rooms are clean and quiet at the back. (I always specifically ask for a quiet room). The hotel is located at walking distance from the centre of town and there are also excellent bus connections. There are facilities for making tea and coffee in a comfortable lounge all around the clock .
