Central heating, a personal safe and multi-channel TV in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Great and fab location in the square, and 15 minute walk from Campo Santa Margherita😃😀

Unbeatable and incredible location in San Marco district close enough to the nearest vaporetto stop and San Marco square from the hostel and other main attractions. The staff was helpful and the food was outstanding. A great selection of very very good breakfast options.

During my recent stay at Friendly Venice Suites, I had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with several bars and eateries right outside the front door. The suite itself was beautiful, with high ceilings and luxurious decor. I was pleasantly surprised to find a complementary bottle of prossecco in the fridge, a thoughtful touch. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing plenty of restaurant recommendations and arranging transfers for me. The cleanliness of the suite was impeccable, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The free WiFi worked well, making it easy to stay connected. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend Friendly Venice Suites - Luxury Suites In to others.

the property was right in the heart of the city. the breakfast was very good with a delightful treat included in the nightly fee and scrambled egg, for example, perfect to start our day.

My room was huge and spotlessly clean with a view over the canal. It was very handy to have a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge. The location was fantastic and amazing, next to Marco Polo and Treviso airports and Friendly Venice.
