All in all it's excellent and exceptionally friendly hotel, we had a pleasant stay here. The venue had the best possible location very close to Celebrity Tree Park...

Good food, friendly service and lovely view to the park. Great-sized room and large bathroom with a shower, a hairdryer, and bath sheets. Good location as only 5 minutes to Lily Creek Lagoon. Also, to different attractions in the area.

No significant issues - everything was just fine.

The pool was refreshing during the hot weather and the apartment had air conditioning, which helped to beat the heat. The apartment was spacious and had a balcony with a great view. Conveniently located near a park and walking distance from shops.

The overall experience was not the best, as the room was not clean, the sheets were stained, and the bathroom had a strange smell. the staff was unresponsive and unhelpful when brought to their attention.

We had a really enjoyable stay in the Kimberley region. The apartments were very spacious and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and plenty of toiletries. The pool was refreshing and great for cooling off in the heat. We also appreciated the helpfulness of the staff and the easy walk to town.

We did experience some noise from other guests in the apartment above us, which disrupted our sleep. the dining chairs in the apartment made a lot of noise on the tiled floor, which was a bit annoying.

The staff, especially Georgetta, were incredibly helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. We were impressed with the spacious and clean two bedroom apartment, perfect for our family. The well-equipped kitchen allowed us to cook meals easily. The pool was refreshing and a great way to relax. We will definitely return to Freshwater East Kimberley Apartments in the future!

The promised luggage service was a letdown as our belongings were not delivered to our room, causing inconvenience. It would have been helpful if the staff had information about the neighboring restaurant's opening hours, especially when the hotel doesn't have food facilities.

The apartments are not soundproof, so noise from neighboring apartments can be heard.
