if you want to be really close to a ferry port, it is centrally positioned. the staff was helpful and always smiling. bao laina, where you can eat, is within short walking distance to the hotel. we would love to go back if we go to shanghai.

The view, can't explain how great it was. It's literally a short walk to oriental pearl tower. Positioned 12 miles from the airport. No reason to complain with the hotel.

This hotel is the epitome of luxury. The exclusive amenities provided here were exceptional. The indoor swimming pool was pristine and enjoyable. The room advantages were unparalleled and exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the location advantages, as I had access to all sorts of interesting attractions, including nearby shopping malls and restaurants.

The buffet breakfast food quality and variety could have been better. The choice was limited in comparison to other luxury hotels I have stayed at.

During our xmas stay, we enjoyed the amazing views of the Huangpu River and beautiful old district buildings. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with shopping, the metro and the ferry all within walking distance. The staff were helpful and friendly, making us feel truly welcome.

The apartment was slightly smaller than we had expected, and the kitchen amenities could have been better stocked. However, this did not detract from the overall experience, and we still had a wonderful stay.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ferry terminal, in the bustling financial district near the Huangpu river. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms. The service is excellent, with polite staff who are always willing to help. The breakfast has a good selection, and the gym and swimming pools are great facilities for guests to use.

The noise levels from the surrounding area can be disruptive at times and the outdoor pool area could be improved for guests who want to relax outside.

I had a great time during my stay at this hotel by the Huangpu river on the waterfront. The location in the financial district was ideal for me and I loved the fact that it had parking and transportation facilities available. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the hotel facilities were top-notch. Furthermore, the staff were very helpful and accommodating during my stay.

My family and I had the most incredible stay at Fraser Suites in Shanghai. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the luxurious and modern apartment on the 35th floor. The panoramic views of the river from every room were absolutely breathtaking. Having three bathrooms for our group of five was a true luxury. The location was unbeatable, with the Shanghai Tower and Super Brands Mall nearby for shopping and plenty of restaurants along the river. The free live shows at some of the restaurants added to the vibrant atmosphere. We loved how we could see the iconic "BUND" from our apartment, it was a constant reminder of the beauty of Shanghai. The breakfast at the Clubroom was delicious and the price was incredibly reasonable. The game room for kids and the free espresso in the lobby were nice touches. I can't recommend Fraser Suites enough, especially for families. Our stay was unforgettable.

Great location, close to popular landmarks and eateries. Spacious apartments with good storage and cleaning services. The breakfast provided was a good opportunity to meet new people.
