Convenient Location Near Toul Tom Pong Market
We had a great time staying here because it's so close to Toul Tom Pong Market. It made it really easy for us to explore the market and fully enjoy our visit. ❤️

Every place we needed, such as wat langka was an easy walk to this hotel. Mean Chey neighborhood is worth looking into...

It was our first trip to Cambodia and staying at Frangipani Villa-90's made it feel like home.We were traveling with our 2 teenaged children and we were treated with love by the staff.Enjoyed the American breakfast but would apprreciate if you could add in Cambodian food in the menu. The rooms were big and spacious and lovely bathroom decors.Overall it was a wonderful and fruitful holiday. Will surely visit Cambodia again, lovely people and great food.Thank you so much for making our stay a lovely & memorable one.From,Mr.VincentStephen & Family,Johor Bahru.Malaysia.

The staff was very helpful to us. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and had variety. The surroundings of green trees and plants was restful and inviting.
The bed covers were a little thin for comfort with our air conditioning setting. The villa was very difficult to find from the street; it took us 15 minutes to find it.

Staff welcoming and excellent service. They assisted us when we needed to find a bus to Siem Reap. They even booked seat for us and arranged pick up from the hotel. Room spacious and very clean. Great to have breakfast outside in the morning.

The size of the room was good if you need to have a lot of space. All though there isnt much inside the room other than a lot of floor space.
The hotel has some weird policies that you are not made aware of before staying. The do not allow any other guests in your room,i met friends in town local university kids (both doctors) and wanted to hang with them they were not allowed in my room at 4pm in afternoon!! Crazy!! I felt like a school kid being told I could not have guests. The staff spoke really poor english for the price of room, the did not explain why this was and just kept telling me it was policy. This type of policy information should be provided before booking. I asked to speak with manager and told I wasnt allowed, I asked for email address said I wasnt allowed. This makes me feel very uneasy knowing there is no one I can contact of a higher authority. A warning sign for me. The hotel is next to a high society nightclub, in my experience a place you dont want to be at the wrong hour of night time... Potential danger. It is confusing and far to walk to any tourist location, you need to take motor bike as you rly dont want to walk it. Shower was cold always; they run eco establishment which I am all for but running hot water system on solar power and having to leave shower on for 10-20 mins to get a glimps of hot water is beyond being "energy efficient" quite the opposite. Dont expect a quick warm shower at 10pm.. Plan ahead. Bath had a leak and floor was flooded every morning. Breakfast is dull, tick list of limited things you can have, no buffet, nothing special, it is better to book room only and eat in one of the many great places in town. (Cheap!!!) I asked for fried rice for breakfast, told me cannot! Not a busy hotel, did not see anyone else, nice to see a few people about to set you at ease. I am a working 24yr old, used to living in thailand orginally from uk I am used to asian culture but I feel you can find much much better for the money and closer to town.

I've booked for 2 single beds and upon check-in had one double bed plus an extra bed. When we told the staff that wasn't what we booked, they upgraded us to Suite for no extra charge. Of course the suite was very nice but overall the design of their rooms are very modern and nice. Will definitely go there again though the hotel is a bit difficult to find.
