Magnificent and decent location in Tres Cantos, close enough to Alcobendas and greater Madrid area, and very good restaurant. Plus, 5 minutes drive from Super Tobogan Urbano.

Every staff member was absolutely courteous and efficient. Greatly enjoyed staying here.- My room was well-equipped and beautifully decorated.- The room had central heating, a work desk, and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels.

The breakfast here is fantastic with a wide selection to choose from, and the superior king room is beautifully decorated with comfortable beds, all in a convenient location near nature.

The hotel's location was convenient, close to the city center and within walking distance of Casa de la Cultura.

Our stay at Eurostars Madrid Foro in Tres Cantos was fairly nice! We enjoyed the comforts of this business hotel.- The location was excellent.- The staff was brilliantly friendly throughout our stay.- Café Farggi located 1 km away was a nice surprise.- It had a good restaurant for dinner.

I recently stayed at Eurostars in Tres Cantos for a few nights and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view of the mountains from the balcony. The hotel staff were friendly and spoke English, making communication easy. The buffet breakfast was delicious and there was easy access to the motorway, with free parking available in the hotel garage. There was also a supermarket and train station just 300 meters away, which was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

I highly recommend this hotel.

Room size, cleanliness and location

We went back to the hotel because we loved it the first time, this time it was a nonsense. We arrived and room with two beds instead of one as we asked, we told them they didn't even bother to look if there was another one, well, we left it because they send you an email when you ask for it that doesn't guarantee 100% the bed. we went upstairs, room looked like a fridge, so we put, obviously the heating and while we asked for 2 blankets. room far from getting hot was getting colder so we phoned to warn and were told there was a problem with the air... hello? An hour in the hotel and nobody was kind enough to tell us? They said that they would bring up a radiator, radiator that an hour later had to come down to get my partner. heater was hot if you were stuck to it but not such a big room. night was real hell. All frozen, terrible cold, we even said to throw the mattresses in the bathroom that was the only hot place... outside it was -2 degrees..... anyway, to remember.

Conveniently located just outside the city and great for exploring Plaza de la Estacion.

This time they gave me a smaller room than on previous occasions, I thought it was because the stay was going to be short. The receptionist is a great professional, she knows how to attend the clients very well, when we arrived there were 6 people in reception for different issues and she solved them quickly and correctly. The cleanliness, comfort of the beds, spaciousness of the rooms, the parking for the car, as well as the correct functioning of wifi continue to be her strong point.

I don't understand about the toilet paper roll locked up in a metal box, if people want to take the paper they can take it anyway. hotel is located in an area of Madrid quite far from the center, nevertheless it has a good situation with the airport for example. time the room was smaller than normal and shower was not a bath, it was just the floor with a drain.

The location is great, close to several areas, the train station, with spacious well-equipped rooms and a friendly, attentive staff.

Great option if you're on a business trip visiting one of the companies in the area. The rooms were very spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Despite being near the train tracks and motorway, there was no noise issue. The bathrooms were great with floor heating. The staff was friendly and the hotel had free parking and wifi.

I had a pleasant stay at Eurostars Madrid Foro. Although there were a few drawbacks mentioned in other reviews, like the limited hotel bar/restaurant hours and the bright blue light from the TV, the positives outweighed the negatives.

Very near from the Office, then don't need to take a taxi the morning

My room (half of them) are near the highway, too much noisy difficult to sleep (most important in an hotel). Morning when I take my bath I pushed the button for watter moved with bubble and I received cold water coming from the previous personn in this room. The breakfast is really horrible. Honestly this is Suite but with low service. Second day I decided to go to Novotel. Br Pierre

The room was very large and clean with a whirlpool bath included. The breakfast buffet is spectacular, they have everything and of great quality, fruit, salty, sweet, sausage... The hotel is spectacular with a central dome that gives it an even more elegant look. It has its own parking lot and you can get from the elevator to the room. If you book through the hotel's own website they give you breakfast as a present, otherwise they charge 12 euros/person.

The issue of isolating the windows of the room from outside noise, and that windows are good, rather need adjustments to get closed well and isolate the noise of the road that is to the side where our room was located. I do not see anything negative to add just a request, I think they should begin to accept travelers with pets as every day are doing other hotels
