After going passing a short tunnel, turn left onto University Avenue and continue going north to Bloor Street (University Avenue becomes Avenue Road here). The Hotel is in 21 Avenue Road, one block north of Bloor Street on the right side (the northeast corner of Avenue Road and Cumberland Street). The main entrance is only accessible from Cumberland Street.

  Avenue bar is lively and the location is the best in the city. This place does not feel like a luxury hotel and lovely elevated area off the main lobby. The staff are amazing, the bed is extremely comfortable and afternoon Tea is superb.

  Walking distance to great shopping, excellent location and this hotel is the best in Toronto. The service is lovely and the rooms are immaculately clean. Afternoon Tea is superb and the gym is fantastic.

  The building is dated and the lobby area is a little small.

  Location is great and this hotel is the best in Toronto. Additionally staff are excellent, maybe the MOST comfortable bed I have ever slept in and the food is extremely gourmet.

  Great view was perfect, the hotel was superb and the staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms were clean and towels were very nice. The food was delicious, dinner at Truffles was FABULOUS - our waiter was attentive and the concierge's desk were amazing.

  Good location in Yorkville and nice hotel. Lobby Lounge - Afternoon Tea here is the best in Toronto and service was fantastic as always is. The Studio Cafe are great as well.

  The location is great for access to museum and the restaurants in the hotel are fantastic. Staff is accomodating, the menu for room service is not bad and clean facility are the best featrures.

  The location fabulous and traditional decor of the rooms. In addition very friendly staff, concierge very helpful and the bed was so comfortable. The food at the restaurant was awesome including the breakfast and the pool was clean.

  The location is just great in the middle of Yorkville, staff are very attentive and helpful, the rooms are spotless and clean.

  The decor is dated and breakfast service in the cafe is slow. The pool is relatively small.
