  The location is great, the pickup at the station is sooooo worth and high quality Japanese green tea and coffee are available in the room. The lobby is on the 7th floor and affords excellent views, service at FS is perfect, the bathroom is just huge and quite realxing. The gym is also very well equipped.

  The location is fabulous and the restaurant is beautifully decorated and the atmosphere was quiet and elegant. The rooms are magnificently equipped and furnished in a modern, sleek style, by the way, all the staff speak impressive English. Beds are super comfy and plus the Japanese breakfast is stunningly good.

  Location is perfect, the hotel restaurant is also great and the lobby has spectacular views and has a one computer access to the Internet. The staff is fantastic, the rooms are very spacious.

  For my needs the location was very good, cleanliness on the room and the entire hotel was perfect, fs's platform greeting service was great. The suites were large, bar was not that fantastic, a bit on the cheap side somehow and bathrobes provided were light and comfortable. All restaurant recommendations were fantastic, modern spa facilities were available.

  Warm, attentive service, very large rooms, and a perfect location, fantastic Hotel, fine decoration. The concierge staff were exceptional and bathroom was amazing. The towel rack was heated.

  Pure heaven in Tokyo, exceptional service and the room was huge and gorgeous. Food at ekki bar/grill was superb and generously portioned.

  The location of the hotel itself great, best service ever and the room, as well as the bathroom, was spacious and comfortable. The restaurant at the four seasons was fantastic.

  The location of the hotel was ideal and the entire staff were dedicated to our satisfaction. The beds were sublimely comfortable and the meal and the service taken together made all quite worth for me.
