The room was well-equipped and a nice size with a comfortable bed and a shower, hairdryers and robes in the bathroom. I loved the magnificent view. The location was unbeatable to everything you may need and the staff here was professional.

The hotel was modern and fairly clean with fabulously helpful staff to with a staff member. Lots of good options for meal.

Despite being beside a major highway, the hotel was remarkably quiet. The bed was nice and comfy, and the amenities were great. The restaurant, room service, and coffee shop were all decent. The customer service was amazing, with genuinely happy and helpful staff. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.

I would definitely recommend this hotel.

the room was luxurious and the dinner at Quattro was amazing, the waiter shared great insights about the wines and helped us find the perfect one. exceeded my expectations, as I have stayed at other Four Seasons hotels in Palo Alto and this experience was even better.
