  An incredible value and very nice staff. The bedding was great and breakfast was very good and meets four seasons standards. Spa, gym and pool were excellent pluses.

  The hotel stay made up a good part of, the staff were universally excellent and the “superior” room was beautifully furnished and large. Breakfast outside on the terrace each morning was a great start to the day.

  Bathroom was big too and food and service were great in the restaurant for breakfast. The spa and the swimming pool was beautiful and excellent as well.

  Nice views from the terrazza, taxi was very cheap and this hotel was built in the fifties and has very large rooms. The decoration was very tasty and the staff were wonderful. The bathroom was luxurious and the service and food was fantastic. Desk managers were excellent.

  Great location and a lovely hotel. The interior wallhangings and paintings are superb, staff is extremely friendly and helpful, rooms are large and has everything you need. The ritz bar is amazing and the breakfast tells Portuguese people is generous. Dinner to be improved, the pool is fine.

  The concierge will direct you to the best restaurants and know everything about the city, hotel is well placed, free wireless available in lobby; this is not disclosed to guests. The staff are attentive and efficient room service, the chocolate mousse is a must. The pools in particular are fantastic and the breakfast is always delicious.

  Great location, excellent Value and staff are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient without being unctuous. The rooms are huge and the restaurant is fabulous. The spa is also fantastic.

  Concierge and business centre all excellent, great Hotel, the service was always very prompt. The room was spacious and restaurant staff too, were accommodating and friendly.

  Two long blocks to the metro, very nice hotel and the service is faultless and the facilities superb. Rooms are huge i satyed in 1 bedroom suite, the concierge team are just great and the new rooftop gym is well equiped as well as the spa and generous lap pool in the basement.
