The food is high quality and reasonably priced. The employees are friendly and service-oriented, offering cold washcloths and water. They spoil you rotten.

During my stay at Four Seasons Resort Nevis, I experienced exemplary customer service from the moment I arrived. The staff members were kind, considerate, and went out of their way to ensure that I had a fantastic stay. One staff member in particular, Patricia from housekeeping, went above and beyond to help me. I had some clothes in the dryer that weren't finished in time for my dinner reservation, but Patricia noticed this and offered to bring them to my room once dried. When I returned after dinner, I found my clothes neatly folded on the bed. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made me feel truly cared for.

four seasons nevis is an absolute gem. the staff truly make you feel like family, going above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. the upcoming renovations promise an even more incredible experience. can't wait to return!

The resort offers a stunning arrival experience via a pier and breathtaking sunsets from the same location make Four Seasons a perfect choice. The restaurants, pool, and all areas are superb, as supported by the friendly and helpful staff. The newly renovated rooms are cozy, with comfortable beds, and nice decor. The luxurious bathrooms, L'Occitane bath products, and full amenities guarantee a comfortable stay. The resort’s breakfast buffet is outstanding and food quality at all restaurants is top-notch. Guests can also take advantage of the complimentary golf cart tour and the Rainforest and Ruins hike to explore the surroundings.

Some guests mentioned that the sand and sea are not as clear and pristine as other islands, but they still found the water calm and the beach tranquil.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the Caribbean and loved it! The beachfront location was perfect, with crystal clear waters and soft sand. The first-class service was top-notch, with a private water taxi to transport us from the airport. We stayed in one of the newly remodeled rooms, beautifully decorated in Caribbean style, and loved having direct access to the pool and beach. The included kid’s programs were fantastic and kept the little ones entertained.

Food quality was not up to par and overpriced. We were disappointed to find that some facilities were closed due to renovations.

The room was spacious and airy, with touches of Caribbean colors and woven raffia on the furniture, instantly making me feel at home. The staff provided excellent service, going above and beyond to assist me and giving me time to explore the property. The breakfast at Mango's was exceptional, offering a wide range of delicious options.

The service was exceptional, the staff always attentive and willing to help. The Spa & wellness centre provided relaxing massages and body treatments. The garden area was picturesque and created a relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment was great, with various activities available to cater to everyone's preferences. The location advantages included easy access to the beach and nearby attractions.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited dining options. While the restaurant and bar/lounge area provided excellent service and food, the snack bar lacked variety and quality.

We loved the hotel's location on the deserted beach that was open enough to take a boat over to the other island. The facilities that the hotel had to offer were amazing, especially the golf course which boasted some of the most beautiful views we have ever seen. The staff was exceptional; the service was top-notch and everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and made our stay all the more comfortable.
