  The location is excellent, the pool is nice the beach is nice and the hotel seems to be fantastic for children. Service could not have been more pleasant, rooms are fine.

  The beach was gorgeous and the rooms were spacious and had beautiful views of the ocean and pool area. For the most part, service at the hotel was very good and the lobby was airy and fresh. The staff at the four seasons was awesome, the concierge were very helpful and the bathrooms were marble and spotless.

  We used the fitness facilities twice and we never had to wait for a machine, one of the restaurants was closed. The spa was full of mold and not clean.

  Nice rooms and beach, the Spa and Fitness Center is probably one of the best. The hotel itself is lovely, the staff around the pool are wonderful and the hot tub has a raised filter on the floor of the tub as the 6x8 sign by the door states. Great food and bar services as well as poolside care and attention.

  Just minutes from worth ave, the pool area needs renovation and the rooms are stale at best, perfect hotel for 4 days of sun in Florida. The staff is also very good at saying no and four Seasons beds are great. The outdoor restaurants have extremely haphazard service.

  The beach is large and beautiful, the hotel is immaculately clean, the rooms are very fresh and bright. The chef is incredible at balancing different tastes and wonderfully creative.

  Very nice breakfast voelrooking the beach and the room was spotless, the bathroom was spotless, the view was fantastic. Overall, the stay was good some setbacks, sure the service was good, and a beautiful lobby, and all that, the staff were helpful and friendly. The food was great and everyone from housekeeping to the bellmen to the waiters were incredible.

  Nice beach and fantastic, relaxed hotel. The whole interior were quite impressive too, service was awesome and the concierge, Jan, was fantastic at making reservations and recommendations for us. The room was wonderful and food was good. The spa facilities were well maintained.

  The common area interior very nice and fantastic Hotel. Concierge service was perfect, the bathroom was large than most and the meal in the restaurant was wonderful. The pool was extremely warm and relaxing.

  Our stay at the Four Seasons Palm Beach was great and service was good. The room was very clean, the spa and food was exceptional, concierge was extremely helpful. Pool itself was nice enough.

  We just returned from a 5 day stay at this hotel and mostly good service. Fresh juice/water and coffee, the food was exquisite. The pool was the perfect temperature and clean.

  Fresh fruit was available all over the hotel and the cabana service at the pool was friendly and fun. The room was impeccably clean, breakfast was disappointing each day.

  The hotel felt very luxurious and we had a wonderful stay, the swimming pool was clean and the service there was execeptional. The rooms were also very pleasant, restaurant had very decent food and was friendly to the kids.

  The service was flawless, our room was cleaned spotless twice per day and comfortable, coffee was excellent and breakfast was tasty and filling.
