My family and I had a fantastic stay in the Lujiazui district. The location was perfect for enjoying the bustling area and the stunning views of the Oriental Pearl and skyscrapers. We were impressed with the spacious and comfortable rooms, as well as the luxurious amenities provided. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We also loved the convenience of the nearby metro station for exploring other tourist locations.

There were some issues with the club lounge on our second evening. The food presentations were not refilled in a timely manner, and the staff seemed to be overwhelmed by the number of guests.

The Club Lounge at Regent was fantastic. The service provided by Sandra was exceptional, and she went above and beyond to make our anniversary special. The room decorations arranged by Irene and Catherine were a lovely surprise. We will definitely return in the future! highly recommended.

The rooms of our place were well decorated and brand-new with a good view, everything was superb. Also, location was convenient, within a close distance from a soaring skyscraper.

The Thanksgiving experience at this luxury hotel was enjoyable. The stunning view from the room was unforgettable, coupled with the comfort and spaciousness of the room. The location was key and made getting around much easier. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast and friendly staff were a pleasant touch.

There were some drawbacks during my stay. The bathroom amenities were lackluster and felt cheap.

Great stay with stunning views and helpful staff. The room was spacious and chic with a large bathroom and a fantastic shower. The club room had access to a lounge with a small buffet and free drinks until 19:30. We loved the variety of breakfast dishes in the main restaurant and the strict policy of clearing away by 10:30. The location was ideal and easy to get around.

The lounge buffet only provided snacks and could not serve as an evening meal. We felt the bar was more of a gimmick than a proper serviced facility.

The staff is kind and smiley. Rooms are good. Executive lounge offers stunning views. Junior suite with Pearl Tower view is great. Swimming pool and jacuzzi pool have amazing views. Spa is incredible. Hotel decorated room for anniversary. Staff speak perfect English.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were superb. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many attractions on the Pudong side of the river and right in the business district. The hotel was also really close to a subway station, which made traveling around this city very convenient.

During my stay at Regent, I had a medical emergency in the middle of the night. As a first-time traveler and non-native speaker, I was incredibly grateful for the help I received from the guest relations manager, Neal Hao. He arranged transportation to the hospital, accompanied me, and stayed by my side until I was stable. The level of care and support was truly above and beyond. I highly recommend this hotel for their exceptional service.
