Enjoyed nice hot and rich breakfasts!!
The staff were amiable and cooperative day and night. The location was favourable and unbeatable, only 5 minutes walk to Sandakan Central Market.

The room was beautifully decorated and soundproof with a TV set, two big windows, and a storage space. It had a perfect location very close to the waterfront in the centre of town and great view from all sides as well as a local restaurant.

Professional staff nt like the Doorman, rooms where nicely furnished. Also, location was strategic and convenient, within a close distance from Crystal Quest. There were a shopping mall and the Sunday market around the hotel.

The location was strategic and comfortable for walking around a historic house museum. It was set in a very very nice area. The restaurant was clean for dinner, we ordered delicious dishes. It boasted panoramic views of the bay and the ocean.

By and large, it was absolutely great and fabulous place with very-very nice staff nt like the Doorman. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic and delicious and for all tastes, reasonably priced. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Sandakan Rainforest Park.

Reasonably priced and well-designed place, I enjoyed top-class personnel.
The breakfast was warm and rich for all tastes, and the bar had a fantastic view of the sea. I booked a room with a comfy bed, a TV, 2 large windows, and a safe. The location was magnificent, close to Sandakan Heritage Museum.

The whole experience was very very good. We enjoyed rooms for sunset. All of the staff was professional and attentive to guests. The breakfast was rich, the check in was easy. Besides, there was parking on-site. Its location just a short stroll away from a historic house museum was strategic and comfy.
Didn't like the area, it was not very good.
