  The location is perfect, south Beach is a 5 minute drive and taxis are easily available, the hotel faces the ocean and has everything you need at a reasonable price. The lobby is not bad and staff is very friendly. The beds are very comfortable and the room was nice, as said, the concierge desk is very helpful.

  The location was very convenient, the beach was beautiful as well and all the hotel staff were wonderful and very attentive. This room was great, jacuzzi/hotub was also nice and the food was very good and reasonably priced.

  The customer service was poor and one of the managers was really rude. All of the passenger elevators were broken, the facilities were old.

  Beach access are great, the balcony is nice and has a nice view, the location of this hotel is very good. The lobby area is very attractive and the staff is friendly. And the rooms are pretty rough to say the best, pillows are all very comfortable and pool and gym open long hours.

  There is" beach walk way ", that you can run,walk everyday,and free tea, coffee, water, the pool was very nice and the beachfront location is great, this hotel is a good value. The lobby is impressive and the staff is ok, the bedding in the room is top rate and very comfortable.

  South beach is a good $20 each way and for the money the location can't be better. The hotel is nice, pool is just a plain, boring, small, overcrowded pool.

  The lobby is clean and large and fairly attractive, first off, the staff are very RUDE. The furniture is not modern, elevators are terribly small and slow.

  The closeness of the ocean was probably the best part of staying here, location was good and a most friendly welcome met us. The lobby, beach and boardwalk were great, the staff were also very helpful, the room service breakfasts were enormous and quite delicious. The outdoor bar was key to drinking a few in the pool.

  Beach is very nice and accessible, the hotel itself is good, the pool was just right and there is no charge for the chairs.

  The location is wonderful and perfect for long walks on the boardwalk after a busy day, some of the furniture in the room is a bit old. Elevators are too small and slow.

  Restaurant was good and the swimming pool area, hotel was renovated, the lobby was very nice and the staff were very friendly. The bedroom was superb, spotless and the meal was inexpensive and tasty, and the service was excellent.

  The room was fantastic, the view was amazing, the pool jacuzzi were fabulous, the hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and courteous. The beds were very comfortable, most everyone gets the buffet, and was surprisingly good.

  Nice beachfront location, nice pool area and friendly great stuff. Good price and a reasonably attractive lobby. I liked the staff and beautiful Oceanview Room.

  Slow wireless and ethernet connections, very noisy elevators, maybe the breakfast a little bit too expensive.

  I liked the hotel, good prices too and front Desk. Nice pool and rooms, the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and service was quick.

  Nice hotel amidst the construction, great for the money and friendly staff. Some of the beds were very comfortable the best i have ever slept in.

  Clean hotel rooms and the pool service is good. On the positive side, employees are very nice.

  And the area is very loud compare to the quietness of four points and the elevators do not work well.
