My kid and I enjoyed being there. The location was comfortable for exploring Edmonton. Easily reached Pho Hoa, located just a pleasant stroll away from the hotel, had lunch/dinner there. I ate at a good restaurant with great food at a reasonable price. The staff was attentive, absolutely courteous with every request.

Sincerely, it was a just perfect stay on vacation. The staff was excellent & attentive. Prime and exceptionally nice location, it was short walk to the huge shopping area called the South Edmonton Common.

The location was unbeatable, not too far from Allstars Indoor Playland. It was new-fashioned, wonderful and with a roll-in shower.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was cozy. The facilities provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made me feel welcome during my Christmas vacation. the location of the hotel was convenient, as it was close to the training I was attending and had easy access to nearby amenities.
There was a concrete pillar in the parking lot that was not properly marked or painted, resulting in an unfortunate incident where I accidentally hit it when backing out of my parking spot. It would have been better if this obstacle had been more visible and clearly indicated.

We were upgraded to a King suite, which was very nice. We liked the cleanliness, the amenities, ie, fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
I thought a hotel of this calibre would supply dressing gowns to relax in. Also there was only 2 coffee mate and 2 sugars. Most people prefer "double double" and this was an inadequate amount.
