The location of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to both the Burjuman and al fahidi metro stations. This made it very convenient for me to travel around the city for my business meetings. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which was great for grabbing a quick bite or any necessities I needed. The staff at the hotel were wonderful, always pleasant and helpful. The room service was also impressive, with efficient and quick service. The comfortable beds and daily room cleaning were also a plus.
One downside was that the check-in process was not smooth. Despite arriving late due to a flight delay, our room was not prepared upon arrival and we had to wait.
