Layout of facilities was good. Resturant convienient.

Resturant carpet needed cleaning

We used Fountain Grove as a base point to go to Napa wine country, Sonoma wine country and Healdsburg wine country. Buffet Breakfast was just ok, price was reasonable. Check in Staff was very nice. Cable TV went off and on about 4 times.

Until you get the hang of it, the entrance off the highway can be a challenge

It was conveniently located to various sites. The front desk staff and concierge were very friendly and helpful.

The decor is dated and looks like it was designed by Mr. Brady from the Brady Bunch. The restaurant was incredibly overpriced. We were placed in one of the outside buildings which was very inconvenient. We also returned to our room one evening and could not find a parking space due to an event being held there.

It was very convenient to my business needs and the staff were all very friendly and obliging

No water on the day that I left, understand that the staff were busy but no compensation was offered.

expensive, someone threw up near lobby bathroom, smell lingered since cleanup was not adequate

I can not wait to stay at fountain grove inn again. It gave a warm feeling and was absoltuly wonderful.

Nice room, easy location, quiet

Location--I needed to be close to Healdsburg because I was participating in the Healdsburg Harvest ride.

I was satisfied by the property and the staff.

My bill was a shock. It was double the amount I understood it would be. I will not be staying there again or recommending it to anyone. The facilities would have rated an "excellent" if an elevator had been available. We were unable to find a restaurant nearby at which to have dinner and ended up eating at the hotel - the food was not good, and overpriced.

Staff were exceptional and facility very pleasant

A good business hotel in sonoma county. Room is quite spacious. The staff is very friendly and waive of the no show charge for 1 night due to our flight got delayed. Free wine tasting. There is also a good restaurant just opposite the main lobby serving really good american food. Beddings are comfy and clean. Checkout is instantaneous as they will prepare the invoice and stuck in under your room door on the check-out day.

Room is a little pricey without breakfast. No toiletries provided in room but need to be requested from the reception. Room lightings needs to be improve as it is a little dim even during daytime.

Convenient location, great group setting, free wine tasting, restaurant and bar onsite

Swimming pool area is very small and crowded on weekend. No poolside service. Hot tub extremely small even four would be a crowd. Our room furniture was old and small tears. Shade was torn.
