It made my trip to London an ENJOYABLE experience. This hotel was perfect place for exploring London, truly enjoyed it. The breakfast had lots of selection, the food was fantastic. The personal was very very helpful. The location of the property was magnificent and unbeatable - at walking distance from a Hyde park.

Shame the bathroom was very small.

The room was reasonably spacious with a kitchenette area and an air conditioning.

My recent stay at Fountain House was a pleasant surprise. The ground floor apartment I stayed in was clean and cozy, with plenty of storage space. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. The location was amazing, with easy access to public transport. The staff were exceptional, very pleasant and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay.

The location of this apartment was absolutely perfect. We were just across the road from Hyde Park's beautiful Italian Gardens, which was a fantastic place to relax and unwind. we were right next to Hyde Park itself, allowing us to easily take advantage of the park's amenities. The apartment was also close to the underground, making it convenient to explore the city. The room was spacious and clean, and the bathroom was modern and well-maintained. The 24-hour reception service provided excellent assistance throughout our stay.

The lack of internet in our flat, which required us to connect to another flat with slower wifi.

I came here for 9 nights and had a very lovely stay. I was offered a room with excellent views of the lovely park. Friendly service, even though a few employees were very rude. The location of the hotel was fantastic, in Paddington station which is a 7-8 minute walk away. And it was also really close to the underground as well as tube which was a walk of 100m.
