We will be back there in August as the location is perfect for our needs.

This hotel is in a central location for one to do pretty much of anything.

The location is in a business district, so on the weekend it was very quiet.

It was a block from the free downtown subway, which took us to the entertainment district and Bayside Marketplace, and also connected to Metro Rail and Tri Rail.

And not least of all the location is great, two blocks away from Publix (the supermarket chain), just a block away from the Metro mover (free ride) and one station away from Metrorail ($1.

I requested a 2-room condo with 4 queen beds, I was given a 2-room condo with one queen bed and 2 sets of bunk beds.

Our one bedroom suite was on the 26 floor, ceramic tiles almost throughout, nice furniture in great room, full kitchen (we didn't really need), great views from balcony, bedroom was nice and entire place was clean.

My mom and I were just going to share a bed so we had the 1-room unit.

We were in a two bedroom, two bath suite for four people (ages 25-58).

This time on the phone they went back and forth from having only one room to NO rooms, and the nightmare began.

Bar & Restaurant staff very friendly and nice gym.

You'd do best to order in pizza, unless you want to spend big bucks at the neighboring hotels' restaurants or catch a cab to a restaurant.

They clean your room every second day and nice bagel bar on 1st floor satified our needs for breakfast.

In addition rooms fantastic, nice clean kitchen and the bagel barn downstairs has decent food for a quick breakfast.

When I phoned downstairs to the front desk and suggested the room needed cleaning, the attendant said the maid service had until late evening to complete the cleaning.

The lobby was nice, the staff were very helpful and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

She quickly went over the amenities (pool/spa, deli downstairs, internet access, etc) and handed us our key which also had a magnetic key to give us access to the elevators.

The outside pool also had a nice spa as well.

They have very nice facilities, a very big gym (which doesn't look big on the picture of the brochure) and a nice pool overlooking the bay.

They have wireless in the Business center on the Ground Floor but it if you need to work a lot it is a little inconvinient.

The so-called "Business Center" has cheap wireless that barely works within 2 feet.

The housekeeping is OK, the place isn't spotless, but considering the staff size (I think there is one housekeeper), the apartment was clean.

Moreover room was clean, had a good menu at very reasonable prices and the receptionist was friendly and welcoming.

The staff was nice, the receptionists were really friendly and the room was clean.

We had a one bedroom that was clean and no problems at all.

Interesting views of the city, the hotel is EXTREMELY convenient and they clean your room every second day.
