Porec itself is charming - a nice traditional old town, most of the shops stock Italian goods at reasonable prices and the boat service to the hotel is prompt.

Reached only by boat is in a fantastic location and this hotel is an excellent base for Porec.

    The view is exceptional and the ferry from the island is free to guests. Porec is interesting, lobby are fine a little gloomy and various restaurants set in the old town. The reception staff is very efficient, the rooms are spotless The bathrooms are good and the waiters at the terrace bar - in particular Josep Mato - are brilliant. The food is great, the pool is large.

    The free ferry service takes about 5 mins to the mainland and the beautiful architecture of the town. Public areas were spotless and the setting was superb the hotel whilst not modern was clean. The staff were lovely and rooms were nice.

    The ferry is good just keep an eye on the times and the Island is very peaceful. The view is exceptional and helpful staff at any hotel we have stayed. The reception is large, bathrooms look recently updated and the terrace is nice to sit down mid-afternoon.

    Nice clean pool area, porec's beautiful and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Moreover the main bar was a long L shaped room, the food was very good.

    The pebble beach areas were clean, everything about this hotel was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Furthermore the bedroom itself was large and breakfast was especially nice.

    The view from our balcony was just gorgeous and the place was spotlessly clean. The staff were exceptionally pleasant, the furniture - a little dated - was more than adequate and the food was surprisingly good considering the size of the Fortuna.
