As a solo traveler, I loved the beautiful surroundings and breathtaking views of the bay and mountains from the old post-Napoleonic fort. The atmosphere was charming and the staff were super engaged and helpful. The on-site restaurant was very good, and there were also nearby options for local fish and frutti di mare. The hotel's perfect location right by the sea with a private white stone beach made it even more enjoyable. Additionally, it was a great starting point for visiting nearby attractions such as wineries and caves. The bathroom had very good cosmetics and the bed was comfortable. the hotel had a charming and romantic atmosphere.
I felt truly spoilt, no complaints.

My journey at this hotel was perfect! The beauty of the environment, the comfort of the hotel and the kindness of the personnel was very relaxing. Little notice, it is really important to have a car to arrive at the hotel and to travel in the area.
When there is a social evening going on, there is some noice that can be disturbing because the rooms are close to the party hall.

During my recent stay at a beautiful historic fort, I was blown away by the attention to detail and high standard of furnishing. The restaurant at the hotel served an excellent variety of seafood, including options for my vegan daughter and vegetarian wife. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke great English, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Riviera di Conero, and it was only a short drive from Ancona. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable experience.

Superb location on the beach. Rural area but only 20 minutes to Ancona. Many medieval villages within 90 minutes drive. Great food. Not expensive. Helpful staff. Great climate. Interesting building - a Napoleonic fort.
No pool - but we used the pool in the sister hotel next door. Some days too hot ! 37C in June. Rooms quite small but it was an old fort so limitations to the layout. Small windows.

Stunning location by the sea with amazing views. The hotel staff was very friendly and attentive. Loved the delicious food served in the restaurant. The room was cozy, with comfortable bedding, and had all the necessary amenities.
Noise from the cleaning crew woke us up early in the morning. The room lacked a view of the surroundings.

Spent Christmas at a unique and beautifully renovated historic building with a stunning sea view. Staff were friendly and welcoming. The seafood was fresh and superbly cooked. The hotel's prime location was perfect for exploring the area and enjoying walks in the surrounding gardens. Beds were very comfortable.
There was some noise from the surrounding rooms. The hot water in the shower was intermittent and a bit frustrating.

We absolutely loved our stay at this luxurious hotel! The location was breathtaking, with panoramic views of the ocean and beautiful white pebbled beaches. The hotel itself was a charming rebuilt fort from Napoleonic times, adding a unique touch to our experience.
We highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The beachside location was absolutely stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The food at the restaurant was delicious, especially the seafood dishes. The well-maintained historic building added a charming touch to our stay. it was a wonderful experience.
There were a couple of drawbacks. The lack of options for non-seafood lovers made dining a bit challenging.
