    While the location of this hotel on the south end of Lake George affords it attractive views of the Lake, management seems determined to undermine your vacation plans.

    We reserved a room on an upper floor months ahead of time and were given a noisy ground floor room when we checked in.

    My advice to any potential guests would be to know what room you're getting first, the motel section is apparently quite seedy, and complain until you get what you paid for.

    Our private party included a breakfast buffet that seemed more suitable to a prison cafeteria than a hotel.

    None of the sterno flames under the metal food containers were making any contact with them.

    We spent an undue amount of time hunting down the manager in an attempt to make things right.
