Enjoyed our stay in the city with lots of activities for children. The indoor water park was a great hit, and the children loved the different slides, especially the racer type slide. The room was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel had a friendly staff that was helpful throughout our stay.
The restaurant's breakfast buffet didn't look appetizing, so we opted to eat elsewhere. We experienced a shortage of clean towels, and there was a wait to get some.

First time I had a great experience in Columbus. Staff went out of way to help even though I were irritated after long travel.

I recently visited a waterpark resort for my son's birthday and had a great time. The location of the waterpark was convenient, and we didn't have to leave the resort for food because they had a restaurant right on site. The waterpark itself was amazing, with plenty of fun slides and attractions to keep the kids entertained. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast in the morning and had a great view of the waterpark area from our room.
There were some noisy guests in the hallway late at night, which disrupted our sleep.

We stayed at the hotel for the location to the good guys car show and the races at national trail raceway. The earlier reviews of the hotel had me a little worried. To my surprise the staff was excellent an went above and beyond for us. My boys are 17 and 14 and spent one evening at the water park and had a great time. The tower rooms are by no means new but they are clean and what you would expect from an older hotel. Everything worked and the fridge was warm until we turned it up and it worked just fine. I would stay here again and am considering bringing our church youth group for a weekend.

The waterpark
It was lousy.. The bar was empty. Chicken terrible. Hotel room not very up to part no flat screen tv. Bath tub ring. It wasn't worth me spending that kinda of money for less than 24 hours.

I had a fantastic time at this waterpark resort. The waterpark had an amazing selection of rides and the arcade was a hit with the kids. It was great to see so many lifeguards, it made me feel secure and confident about the safety of the facility. The staff in the arcade were incredibly friendly, both to parents and children. This really made our family trip special. The beds and towels were clean, and I was relieved to find no bugs.
All was good.

The resturauant was good.
I would not recommend this for travelers. If you have a half dozen kids you do not care to supervise for a weekend as they careen through the halls and water park, act rude with no accountability...while you freek out over the filth and hair in your bathroom...while your spouse tries to get the ac and the fridge to work....this is for you. And apparently ever other such family in the state of Ohio. I would suggest the owners consider other investments as this '70s era relic needs to be converted to a state prison so the bathroom decor would match, and the managers need to get off the internet and try a different career such as a slaughter house line worker, because the only people that give a c&*p are the resturaunt folk. Kudo's to them.good food, friendly folk.

Price w ise the place was good. Better price of the water park for people actually staying at the hotel.
Didnt use the park as much I think public should pay more than the people actually staying there. There should be discount for people staying.

From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in a luxurious atmosphere that made us feel pampered and special. The private facilities provided us with an exclusive experience that went beyond our expectations. The room was very spacious and elegant, with a wonderful view that made us feel in the middle of nature. We enjoyed all the exclusive amenities that were available to us, such as personalized service, a first-class restaurant with a delightful menu and an amazing lounge area where we enjoyed our drinks. Everything was top-notch, and the location advantages were unbeatable.
The elevators were quite slow and inconvenient, which was a minor issue. Nonetheless, this hotel exceeded our expectations, and we were truly satisfied with our stay.

The waterpark and game room was nice.
Rooms are very outdated and appeared dirty. Tub clogged. Loud neighbors, had to get security involved.

The pool area was spacious and there were many water activities to enjoy. The hotel amenities provided all essentials for an overnight trip. the hotel was conveniently located near popular tourist attractions.
The hotel was crowded, understaffed, and the overall experience was unsatisfactory. The staff was unfriendly and unprofessional.

Room was dirty. We stayed two days and maid service did not clean our room and did not give us towels. I had to go to the front desk three times to get towels for the next day.

The water park and the arcade were awesome. The kids had a great time and were well entertained. The presence of many lifeguards in the water park instilled confidence in the safety of the facility. The staff in the arcade were so friendly to parents and children. This made for a great trip as a family. The beds were clean; the towels were clean; there were no bugs!-Good things I noted.
The rooms looked as if they were way past their prime. The curtains were tattered in their ragged plastic liners. We had to ask for a lamp as our room was very dark; they brought one quickly but the lampshade was ripped. My daughter's room was missing a microwave. My coffeemaker was so dirty the lid wouldn't raise to add the water-it also has a hair stuck in it. Needless to say I didn't use it; I bought single-serve packets to use while we were there. They needed that guy from the show that makes over poor hotels to make a visit. I was sorely disappointed that you rated it a five-star hotel-NO way!!!! Housekeeping needs to be vastly improved and many things need to be replaced to improve the "ambience".Difficult to answer the next question;
