Extremely cheerful and great staff entire time.
Nice facilities in general, stunning location in the area for 16 years. Based so close to nearby pub, the restaurant where the staff were friendly and the resteraunt. Central heating, an iron, and coffee/tea making facilities available in the deluxe queen room.

The morning meal was incredibly nice with fabulous coffee and an extremely cheerful. The location was marvellous, short walk to cafe up the road, Summerhill Force with Gibsons Cave and a night club.

I really enjoyed tasteful room in this hotel.
I came to Middleton in Teesdale for a couple of nights - everything was great. The hotel was fairly clean with polite and exceptional staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed and pillows, there where a kettle, central heating and an iron available. There was plenty of exceptional meals.
