Pretty and comfortable place to visit 1 km away from La Pedrera. Extremely spacious and silent room with a safe and free wireless internet for an excellent stay. Courteous staff at all times. Great location - 10 min walk from the metro station. Found in a central part of the town.

The service was excellant, we had an adequate breakfast with cereals, yogurts plus biscuits.

The location was unbeatable and nice, at a moderate distance from University of Barcelona. There where restaurants and nice restaurants with a huge variety of food.

The location in a safe area was amazing and there were small supermarkets and a small supermarket nearby. Even the Barcelona-El Prat airport was not so far, 25 minutes drive away. They provided a great breakfast with fresh fruit, cereals, yogurts.

We had a wonderful stay at Lemar Boutique. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh fruits and yogurts. The room was bright and clean, and we loved the view from our window. Despite some minor noise from the street, the location was perfect, with great restaurants nearby and easy access to the city center. The staff was kind and helpful throughout our stay. I highly recommend Lemar Boutique for a memorable stay in Barcelona.

We were a bit concerned booking this hotel as there were no reviews, pictures looked amazing but price was too low - so something must be not right... We were nicely surprised. Everything was perfect. Location, staff, cleanliness... everything was first class! Girls at the reception were very friendly and helpful. They were more than happy to point restaurants (not only the touristic ones), pubs, local attractions etc. Rooms are as on the pictures. They are spotless clean, bright and big. We were in superior room. Breakfast is typical as for this part of the world, fresh bakery, fruits, yogurts, cereal, jams, cheese, fresh orange juice, tea, coffee. I would add maybe some ham. There is few nice restaurants and pubs in the area, open till late. Make sure you visit near tapas restaurant Catalana - great tapas! Area is very safe and friendly. I will definitely book this place again.

Extraordinary nice and service minded staff. Very helpful and willing to point out interesting things on the city map such as famous architectures, different shopping and night life areas as well as suggestions for great tapas bars. A simple but fresh and nevertheless delicate breakfast. Comfortable beds and very clean over all. Light and modern complexion and interior. Great location for those who like to live right by the city core and yet not in its most busy parts. Definitely a B&B I recommend and a place where I would like to stay again.

The rooms where a little small and quite warm at night. The air conditioner didn't seem to be too hard working over time. The window view was not very inviting to have windows open. The area right outside the window maybe wouldn't have to be as gray. It would be nicer to have an actual king, or at least queen, size bed in the double room instead of two twin beds put together. To avoid uneasy silence in the breakfast area perhaps there could be some soft music played.

The location of the B&B was excellent, with easy access to major sights and the metro station just a short walk away. We found several great restaurants in the area, and there was even a convenience store within 300 feet. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast was tasty, with a variety of options including fresh fruits and yogurts. We also appreciated the efficient and friendly communication prior to our arrival.

There was a lack of attention to detail and care during our stay. The cot we had requested for our baby was not provided upon our arrival, and the replacement cot had a hole in it.

The location, security, cleanliness and staff were great. The continental breakfasts were lovely. We would very happily recommend this B&B to family members and friends. We would stay here again on our next trip to beautiful Barcelona.

I had a wonderful stay at Lemar Boutique Barcelona. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily explore the city and visit popular attractions like Las Ramblas and La Pedrera. The accommodation was lovely, with a quality room that was immaculately clean. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. The staff were always helpful and friendly, making my experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this boutique BB for a great value stay in Barcelona.

Our room was spacious & spotless and cool modern design. Christine was extremely helpful and provided recommendations for sightseeing and restaurants. Oscar's breakfast offerings were wonderful. We will revisit.

very friendly staff who explained everything about barcelona with a map. nice restaurants in 5 minutes walking distance. perfect place to get on the sightseeing bus (2 enterprises - one public, one private but both are same price) because at the station near by the b&b nobody gets on while at the next station placa de cataluna you are waiting for 30 minutes to get on a bus. very nice breakfast, except ham (some kinds of cheese but no ham);
