I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, as it was close to the center and the ski bus stop was just a short walk away. The room I stayed in was spacious and had a balcony with a breathtaking view. The staff members were friendly and helpful, always eager to assist with any request or question I had. The breakfast provided was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The spa facilities were top-notch, including an indoor pool that was a lot of fun. The entire hotel was extremely clean and had a pleasant atmosphere. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay.

This hotel is located in a convenient spot near several skiing areas, allowing easy access to ski lifts. It offers a great atmosphere in the bar-restaurant, with amazing meals served by friendly staff, such as Elvis. The hotel amenities include a spa with sauna, hot tub, and pool, which is perfect to use after a day skiing. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable with a big balcony, and the breakfast was excellent.

The quality of service in the restaurant needed improvement, as the waiters were sometimes rude and inattentive, especially during dinner time.

The hotel is located conveniently near the ski bus stop which made it easy for us to get to the slopes. We also enjoyed the beautiful view of the surrounding mountains from the hotel. The staff were friendly and responsive to our needs.

The food selection could've been better, especially for the price we paid. The spa area wasn't as comfortable as we expected, and the rules were not clearly displayed, making it confusing for us.

The Christmas decorations throughout the hotel were beautiful, creating a festive atmosphere. The ski shuttle was very convenient, making it easy to get to and from the slopes. The hot tub was my favorite part of the wellness area, offering a relaxing soak with a great view of the snowy mountains.

The food was not up to par. The Christmas dinner was lackluster and the breakfast buffet was limited.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is close to the ski lifts and transportation makes it easy to access. The hotel facilities are top-notch, particularly the indoor pool and sauna area. Both are clean and great to use after a day on the slopes. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is helpful and friendly.
