I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! The location was perfect for me, as I could easily access transportation to nearby areas. The hotel facilities were great - I especially enjoyed the sauna and swimming pool after a long day of skiing. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive and the staff were so friendly and attentive. Additionally, the breakfast each morning was absolutely delicious!
Cannot find any fault with this hotel. Everything was top-notch and exceeded my expectations.

The silent location, where you can have a good night sleep in the center of Galtür only 8 minutes busride from Ischgl. The bus-stop (to Ischgl) was just across the road from the hotel. The service was excellent. The wellness center was good.

Cleanliness, breakfast and dinner included, location near rental shop, pastry shop and short drive to slopes.The live music bar downstairs! And the incredible views!!! And above all the friendliness of Stephanie and her staff!!!

Spent Xmas in a ski hotel and it was awesome! The food was amazing, especially the 6-course dinner every night! The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the location of the hotel was perfect with easy access to the ski slopes and local amenities. The spa area was a real treat after skiing all day.
The room was a little basic and minimally furnished, especially for the price we paid. , the lobby area was a bit chilly, which made it difficult to relax there for long.

We had a fantastic stay here! The location couldn't be better, with everything we needed right at our doorstep. The hotel provided a bus service to nearby attractions and there were plenty of restaurants, shops, and a bakery within walking distance. The views from this place were also amazing, adding to the overall experience. We were impressed with the luxurious communal areas like the bar, reception, and dining room, which created a welcoming atmosphere. The hotel also had underground covered parking, which was very convenient.

The wellness area was a highlight of our stay with ample saunas, a modern pool with jets and jacuzzis, and comfy beds. The food was also a winner with beautifully presented, delicious 5 course dinners every night. Plus, the hotel's location was great for easy access to key attractions.
Basic amenities like coffee and fresh breakfast items were not always topped up, and attention to detail was lacking during dinner service with cramped table settings. The early dinner time was also inconvenient for those returning from the ski slopes with the last bus arriving before the meal service was over.
