Make sure you stay in the executive double room with character. Glad to have a great coffee machine and a radiator. The location is incredibly comfortable and handy and they have parking on street.

The units are well-equipped and nicely decorated with great shower. The location of the hotel in Sunbury-on-Thames is unbeatable, near the pub and staff, thorpe park and chessington world, and Hampton Court or Walton on Thames.

Ideal, trendy boutique property. Very well decorated and good value for money unit with a very stylish decor. Good sized bed. The location convenient and ideal in a beautiful area.

The location nearby a bus station was marvellous, most places in Sunbury-on-Thames were within reach.

The units were quiet for the pillows to be sorted. The location is brilliant and pleasant and it is really close to the flower pot, the bar/restaurant and Thorpe Park. The staff are wonderful people.

A fabulous and stunningly beautiful hotel, my first choice in Sunbury-on-Thames. Fairly clean place & attentive staff. Absolutely perfect location for visiting bars and restaurants. Comfortable restaurant and outstanding meal.

Beds were a little lumpy.

Everything was fine from the efficient service to the good food. The staff has always been friendly efficient, and the facilities were good. My room was a nice size, had hypo-allergenic pillows. The location of the hotel was comfortable and ideal, in popular area of Sunbury. Besides, it was just next door to the pub on the Sunday night and Close to thorpe park...

The rooms were great value for money and very good sized and the location was perfect also close to the river for walking or running. We had incredible and very good breakfasts with quality products.

The room was decent sized, airy, with modern design, just the way I wanted. Shower facilities, a hairdryer and terry dressing gowns were very handy.

The setting was stunning, really close to bar / restaurant, and the pub. We had the king room provided with a roll top bath next to the bed, nice towels etc, the bar downstairs.

The whole place was fairly clean and the staff were attentive and always welcoming. I loved the hotel's English bar.

The room was new-fashioned, fashionable, luxurious bathroom. A great coffee machine and radiator worked well. There was an attractive garden, comfortable setting in a residential area. The free parking was on street, efficient service.

Our stay here was really nice, fine base for exploring Sunbury-on-Thames. We had a good service, very good breakfast. In addition, the parking was on street.

Absolutely fantastic breakfasts with sausage and also nice coffee to match, family atmosphere. The rooms with large bed. Peaceful location close to Hampton Court palace, good restaurants in the local area. Again, walking distance to Sunbury Park.

The place was fairly clean with a modern design and very amiable and fabulously helpful staff. Everything was perfectly fine, nonetheless a few employees were slightly disorganised. This was a perfect and quiet location very close to the restaurant in the evening, and Hampton Court and over local attractions. We had tasty meals in the hotel; visited The Phoenix based not far away.

Views were awful.
