We had a fantastic stay here! The location was perfect, within walking distance to many attractions including the markets, in a crowded area right in the city centre. The service was top-notch, with room service, car hire, and bicycle hire available. The hotel had great amenities like a spa and wellness centre, sauna, and a beautiful garden area. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure our every need was met. The rooms were well-appointed with everything we needed, including a flat-screen TV and a mini-bar. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this city.

hotel location was just a walk down to st joseph's cathedral. plenty of restaurants to eat close by, like bia zubr that was only 5 minutes' walk away. hoan kiem neighborhood was worth exploring.

Great staff and good breakfast. Location is close to many attractions and there are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Rooms were spacious and clean.
Stayed over New Year's and the noise from the street and nearby construction was unbearable. No one offered any solutions for the noise and we were unable to sleep or enjoy our stay.

I was impressed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The hotel facilities were great, especially the parking and transportation services. The location just out of the center allowed easy access to all areas of the city and there were many different restaurants and little cafes nearby. Finally, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were incredibly helpful.
