  Nice staff, shower excellent.

  Poor value for 80 euros a night, bad breakfast and the receptionist is not friendly at all.

  The location is great, just 10 minutes to walk from railway station and the position of the hotel is very good. All the room are dirty.

  Near the train station and wonderful city. Hotel staff were excellent and the lobby was smart. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were absolutely fabulous and breakfast was delicious for people like French breakfast.

  The reception was really bad and did not have responsible to do in charge of the reception, the manager was at times actually unpleasant. The bar was closed in the evening and toilet seat was broken down.

  The location is excellent for the eurostar railway terminal and the hotel is ugly. The service is good and bathroom conditions freezing "not suitable for Alaskans to have a bath. The breakfast is quite delicious.

  The location was convenient for eurostar, the hotel overall was clean and modern, the staff were nice and helpful. Room was very hot, breakfast was good.

  The directions from the Brussel zuid railway station was poor, our window faced the street and was not particularly noisy.

  The view from was good, this hotel was filthy, smelly, and hot, the staff were wonderful and were able to provide a wonderful insight into Brussels for a visitor. My room was adequately clean, the Breakfast was excellent.

  Just 5 minutes to next metro station and clean, friendly hotel. New building and clean, liked the price. The staff were excellent, bed was comfy and the attached restaurant was very good.

  Convenient location 5 mins from midi station, well placed hotel and the reception staff were very helpful. Rooms were decent enough, the breakfast was good and the choice was to remain hot.

  As for the location, is rather near the main train station, floris Hotel Ustel is a fine choice and the room 543 is a very nice room and has a good lighting and space. The breakfast is poor.
