Floris Ustel Midi Brussels - 布鲁塞尔

Hotel's location was very encouraging to go around the nearby center, i found the staff helpful and willing, room was very clean.

The location, close to Gare du Midi, is convenient.

The only two positive things were proximity to the train/subway station (though the people in Brussels didn't recommend that location) and breakfast.

Just 5 minutes to next metro station, quiet place and liked the price.

The Hotel is 10 mins walk from The Gare Du Mini Train Station which its self is 20 minutes from the Airport.

The staff was rude, the room was small, toilet stinky, hollway extremely hot, no air-conditioning at all, small bed and uncomfortable, area horrible, trash everywhere, it was some fanfair outside.

Nothing in our room worked, the bed was close to collapsing and the toilets stank of urine, the "kind"owner again refused to move us.

We requested the "new" part of the hotel which was quite acceptable, huge bathroom, comfortable bed and television.

Good, clean, spacey room, very large bathroom with shower and bath, lots of hot water, quiet environment, conveniently close to the south station.

There is a restaurant attached to the hotel but this was never open (we arrived on wed and it didn't open until fri - our last night) - so there was no where close to pop down to to get a bite to eat or even a drink at a bar.

Still, the hotel, despite its official three star rating, still has the look and feel of a two-star with inconsistent service, limited amenities aside from breakfast and an onsite restaurant.

Breakfasts were delicious, too, with a wide choice of food, including cereal, eggs, juice, sausages, cheeses, and cold meats, served in pleasant dining areas.

Brussels for 3 1/2 hours(the bar/restaurant not being open).

There is a huge selection of restaurants in the area offering all kinds of food.

While I see there are fairly mixed reviews on this hotel, and I admit, we were not happy to have been sent there in the first place, the service by the front-desk staff was absolutely terrible!

Enjoyed the meal I had in the restaurant was attached to hotel and the reception staff was very helpful.

Staff on the reception spoke english just fine and breakfast was good with cereal, croissants, eggs, bacon, fruit and meats etc.

At night I woke up feeling thirsty so I went down to the lobby to ask for a bottle of coke.

The hotel had a carnival right in front, so there was no parking available in the pooring rain.

The only other parking was around the corner near the sex shop.

I found the staff to be friendly and helpful, the rooms clean - fresh sheets every day and the surrounding area to be vibrant.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very nice and the room was unusually large for Brussels.

I visited the Hotel Ustel in Brussels for three nights in late September 2006, and I found my small single room to be very clean and comfortable--much better than some of the earlier reviews of the hotel would suggest!

One morning as we are getting ready, I hear a man clear his throat, just to find out that he is looking down into our room from an above floor in another building.

Rooms were clean and the pillows were absolutely fabulous.
