Floris Avenue Hotel Brussels - 布鲁塞尔

It is more expensive than others in the vicinity, but the breakfast and location make up for it.

The hotel is in a perfect location only ten minutes from the city centre, I would recommend this time of year as it was the european christmas market which was amazing!

I would highly recommend this hotel as fairly priced and exellent for location and cleanliness.

Along with 10 other people stranded we ended up having to give into the taxi drivers that had been hussling us and pay 100euros to get to the airport- only to be told it was too late!

It also very close to the Annessens pre-metro station which connects to large parts of the transport network.

The room was clean with an enormous king size bed and the bathroom was a decent size aswell.

Only complaint about the room was that the bed was missing the flat sheet under the comforter, and the bathroom sink facet plumbing was extremely loose -- as in someone started to remove the facet mounting nuts and then stopped and left it jiggling.

Other than that, everything else was remarkably good - bathroom, bed, breakfast, price, cleanliness, heating and staff.

For the same price (85 Euros) as a small room in Amsterdam, this hotel offered the biggest room I've ever had in Europe - with a king-sized bed, French doors and a balcony!

Check in was very fast, staff v friendly & helpful, room huge, massive bed (v soft), Everything is really modern.

The bar, that you can see in the hotel's 'official' photos appears to be only for functions despite it being filled (in the photo) with the same four people that appear in the 'breakfast' photo.

The breakfast was excellent - it included hot food like sausages, eggs, etc.

Breakfast room on lower ground floor was good with a decent range of food available (including a curried sausage!

Great bars and restaurants plus many artisan shops dot the area.

The breakfast area overlooks a pleasant garden and the food selection is good.

The historical center, the stuff was friendly to change our room to accordingly and staff at reception were very helpful.

Friendly staff at the reception, pleasant room and breakfast lovely.

Clean and comfortable, reception staff spoke good English.

So, while this hotel sounded great, and did look quite nice from our view of the reception area, the service when there was a problem was so bad that it has put me off using this hotel chain again.

At c/o we informed the front desk staff of our intention to "potentially" come back for another ngt.

The view from windows was nice and the staff was very friendly.

The only possibilty was to go via the telephonline, but only if you brought your own cable, which I didn't bring because it was written that there will be wireless.

Our room was massive, clean and nicely furnished, although we missed not having a kettle/tea/coffee.

The hotel rooms were large and very clean.

When we got back we were checked in by professional staff and were given a huge room which was well furnished, clean and light.

The room was clean and look reasonably new.

The bathroom was also well maintained, clean, and very good looking.
