Great value for the money if you are seeking a nice hotel for a family.

We chose Orlando as our vacation destination this summer due to the great condo accommodations and price for a family of 7 - we wanted to be together but not in several hotel rooms that would have cost much more.

We stayed for 4 nights at the Floridays in May 2007, I researched and researched, before I finally picked this hotel, and I think for the money, it was the right choice.

We booked online through the hotel's website and got 1/2 price with our entertainment book card.

The other best thing was the awsome location-it is situated 2-3 miles from Disney's main gate and 2 miles to Seaworld which was perfect for our family vacation.

We would stay here again, can't say enough about its centrally located location.

We felt it was great location--close to Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc.

Two of the girls needed a cab to the airport at 5 am Sunday morning and the resort arranged it.

Finally if you are arriving by Air into OIA, the journey to and from the airport could not be simpler.

We had a two bedroom suite, so there were two bedrooms (one with a king bed and one with two full size beds) and two full bathrooms.

Bedrooms: The master bath had a king-sized bed and a fine walk-in bathroom that included a decent jacuzzi type bath tub.

We had a two bedroom suite that has one room with a king bed that my husband and I shared and another bedroom with two double beds that my boys shared.

We were in a 2 bedroom suite which had split bedrooms with 2 full baths (master had a jaccuzzi and seperate stand up shower) We had our own laundry in our room so it was as comfortable as home to us.

The master bedroom had a king size bed, TV and an ensuite bath.

It will really be fun when the bar/restaurant and deli open up.

Also, there is no restaurant, but there is a bar and cafe, and both Publix and Walgreens are located within walking distance.

I loved having a full kitchen so we could cook breakfast in the morning and store leftovers from restaurants.

The kitchen was nice and the small deli/poolside restaurant food was awesome.

The full kitchen allowed us to cook meals, at least a nice breakfast so we could keep the costs down for eating out.

From the awesome service at the front desk to the awesome grounds, the main concierge is very helpful and three men shared this 3 bedroom suite during a trade show.

The price was very reasonable, the staff were very pleasant especially the concierge desk staff and that the employees were very friendly.

The front desk manager is VERY professionel, however she was not there upon c/i- the receptionist was NOT smiling and as a welcome we got " what is your name-please" Working in hotels all my live- this is NOT the way to great your guests!

You have to go down your elevator back out to the parking lot and walk to the pool.

There are 3 pools-we used the main pool which was beautiful with a bar alongside the pool gates along with a little store, fitness room and hotel lobby.

The jacuzzi was awesome and pool was great.

You get free Internet in the room (wired), and free Internet in other locations around the site (wireless).

The rooms are clean, the pool is really nice.

Room was wonderful, quite, clean and comfortable.

The room was spotless with tons of amenities.

The room was nice, clean and comfortable.

They do not clean the suite during your stay however but it was a bargain and right in the middle.

The location was good and small store were great. The hotel was beautiful, nothing was missed by their team made our stay away from home even more enjoyable and the price was truly reasonable. The decoration was excellent and the housekeeping staff were very friendly.

Road painting/black topping was a big inconvenience, the housekeeping did not thoroughly clean our room and there was broken glass in the kitchen I checked in. Breakfast facilities onsite was poor.

Good location to shopping and other theam park. The luxury of the hotel and easy parking for the front building. From the awesome service at the front desk to the awesome grounds, the main concierge is very helpful and three men shared this 3 bedroom suite during a trade show.

The interiors are already looking a bit tired and they need a more complete restaurant. Main pool is too small for the number of guests.

Clean reception area restrooms, the accomodation is very well located for access the all of Orlando's major theme parks and the place looked virtually brand new. Relaxing like home away from home, the other staff couldn't have been more helpful and the apartment is very spacious. The take-out food there is very tasty, good size family pool.

A great location and very easy access to parks. The hotel is GORGEOUS, that building is also very near the pool and high-speed wired network in the rooms for free. The kitchen is kitted out so well.

Floridays location is perfect and comfortable bed to collapse into after a long day at the parks. Fully equipped - excellent value for money - highly recommend and nice room space. The kitchen is very well supplied and the pool is fabulous.

9) Great location and especially after a hot day at the parks. Veruy nice hotel and the suite in building C was spacious. The price was very reasonable, the staff were very pleasant especially the concierge desk staff and that the employees were very friendly. Bathrooms were good size and having a kitchen was SO convenient.

Very convenient to the parks and a large mall nearby. Location was great, we had a very pleasant stay and a good one at that - Our three bedroom unit was in the B building. Service were excellent, the concierge was more than helpful and all found the suite to be perfect for our needs.
