stayed here again, exceeded expectations, excellent night activities at dome

We had an excellent time. Hotel turned out to be fairly clean and the breakfast option was very good and perfect. Our room was extremely spacious and featured good view to the hills in the north and also of the Duomo and Campanile. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a private bathroom. The property was located in the middle of the city...

The breakfast they served was poor, hope one day it will be much better.

Location: the hotel was next to other touristic areas and Accademia di Belle Arti di Firenze. And it's not too far from Il Nutino, ate there once or twice.

We had the best stay at this hotel in the heart of the city. The location was very close to everything, the best sights and the shopping area were all very accessible. The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when helping us with transportation and recommending restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast had a good selection and there was a free tea/coffee service in the evening.

Can honestly say there were no downsides to our stay.

It has to offer a delicious breakfast with pastry and great coffee, as example.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! the location is unbeatable, right at the center of the city. It's so convenient to walk to all the major attractions. Secondly, the staff here are top-notch, always welcoming and incredibly helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. Thirdly, the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and furnished with nice furniture. We even had a room with a view of the Duomo, which was absolutely breathtaking. Lastly, the breakfast included is a wonderful bonus. The spread offered a great variety of choices to start the day on a delicious note.

All was simply perfect, no improvements needed.

Our stay at Dome was worth every penny. The room was clean and cozy, and the location couldn't be any better. The staff treated us like family and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

Despite the great experience, the air conditioner was a bit noisy and the street numbering caused some confusion. We had to make sure to distinguish between the hotel's number and the My Tours office's number.

We also enjoyed the comfortable bedding in our room.

Our room was quite cramped and lacked natural light, with a small window that didn't open. the air conditioning was a hassle to operate, requiring us to call the front desk for assistance.
