Nice budget hotel with efficient and excellent staff in kind manner. Reasonably spacious rooms, large bed. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Favourable location in Tokyo and nearby a train station. Enjoyable base for exploring Tokyo.

nice and perfect location, its set close enough to shibuya or shinjuku, ikebukuro on the yamanote line, and the tourist spots.

We got a room with bidet. It was in a secure location just off convenience stores, restaurants, izakayas and the train station and the popular tourist spots and the subway, which takes less than 10 minutes to Ikebukeru which is one of the main hubs in Tokyo.

Flexstay Inn was the perfect base for our epic adventures. First, we hit up Akihabara Electric Town and it was like stepping into a video game - so many cool gadgets and anime stuff! Then we hit Roppongi Hills and partied like there was no tomorrow. The nightlife there was off the hook! Definitely the highlight of our trip!
The only thing that could've made our stay even more amazing would be if the hotel had a rooftop bar or a chill lounge area. After a crazy night out, it would've been awesome to just kick back and relax with our squad, sipping on cocktails and enjoying the Tokyo skyline.

Great location, with a peaceful and cozy neighborhood. Convenient access to downtown Tokyo and nearby shops and supermarkets. Helpful and friendly staff who can assist in English if needed. Well-equipped rooms including a kitchen with helpful kitchenware. Perfect for families with children.

Great location, short walk to Tokiwadai station. Friendly and helpful staff, good English. Nice area with plenty of local restaurants nearby. Spacious room with ample storage space. Free to use cooking utensils for a budget-friendly stay. Very comfortable bed, best sleep in a while.
Felt like treated like royalty, no complaints at all.
