The hotel's location was great, in the restaurant which was cool clean & spacious with a market and all the major shops within walking distance.

There was balcony missing, I was a little disappointed.

Very efficient staff and extensive breakfast with fruit, excellent breads and continental options that lived up to my expectations. The location was lovely for Benidorm, right by which was always at a good temperature, the beach and main strip, beach was nice and water was warm and seafront.

The hotel was fairly clean with nice interior and nestled in an absolutely fantastic building. The staff were very pleasant, and the private parking was available. Truly enjoyed the double room I had with the balcony, a double bed, as example. The location of the property was central, short walk to Indian restaurant next door, the beach and the strip aswell and the kid free piano bar.

Fantastic location easy to get to the sea front, easy to get anywhere.

Truly exceptional and fairly clean place, efficient stuff on the reception desk. Lovely location near to the main shops, supermarket and the beach and town, great food. Selection of salads and appetisers at the lobby bar.

Overall had enjoyable stay which is a massive part of our holiday. We took a double room with kettle, cable TV, for instance. Central location so close to Spain for a lot of years, a taxi, and the beach and town, it was in a great quiet area.

Overall it was big and airy with a huge bed. The location was great, hotel is based away from hustle and bustle. I didn't want to leave and would book here again.

The hotel was located really close to supermarket, terra natura and the church in between levante beach. Reasonably large units with storage space, orange juice, for example, and the staff were efficient. The property had a lovely and incredible location in the indoor areas.

Had the double room and it was new-fashioned and airy in surrounding bedrooms. The daily breakfast was good hot and extensive with continental options, champagne and excellent breads. Ideal central location close to many shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and shops food great.

Carbonated drinks at piano bar, terrific service. Incredible location in the great quiet area, so close to more lonely areas, the Flamingo oasis Benidorm and a supermarket across the road.

The location was fantastic to find more entertainment and the staff here was enthusiastic and courteous. It was away from hustle and bustle.

Enjoyed my stay in a spacious double room with a fantastic view and spotless towels, as well as the convenience of having 2 sofa beds.

I had great-sized room with large bathroom. Got a good hot breakfast included. The location was fab and amazing, aloud to fill children's drink bottles up in restaurant, better than I ever had before.
