As to the hotel itself, slightly above average, everything functional, clean with breakfast included in the price, which was very, very reasonable.

Good hotel is you want to spend your money on seeing the sights, not soak in a hot tub.

This hotel is super close to the downtown and the rates are great at only about $60.

Its good location just N of the centre and extremly great value for the price.

Chose it on arriving late in Tucson on the strength of guidebook entries and its good location just N of the centre.

On first site of the rooms we were less than satisfied, the staff at the desk was very helpful and elegant bed linens usually found in upscale chains.

The front desk is nice and that anyone looking for a clean bed to rest come here.

The night I arrived I was placed in a room in which the TV didn't even have a cable input, and picked up no stations.

The rest of the room had been painted aswell as the net curtains and bathroom floor!

When I called for reservations I was told that the rooms were being renovated and that when I arrived rooms would have wireless internet, cable TV and mini-refrigerators.

The staff were very helpful, the hot tub has not worked since I started coming here and the breakfast bar was quite good.

Breakfast area was modern and the staff at the desk was very helpful.

The breakfast was a great start to every morning.

It was OK but has seen better days and the breakfast was not great (eg no proper fruit juice).

The continental breakfast was not worth trying.

Do not bother going through a travel agency because you will be charge for nothing; they will screw-it-up at the front desk.

Staff is rude and unhelpful, don't simply accept my opinion, ask anyone who has ever stayed there.

I suggest viewing these in the reception before going somewhere else.

Out of three different families reservations, one was correct.

Office Manager (Cleaner) depending on issue was less than cooperative and we insisted on speaking to owner via mobile.

I found the pool small and a bit chilly (but it is only May).

Staff were helpfull and my room was clean.

Also the front desk is nice and the new rooms are pleasant and clean.

The room did have a fairly new carpet, they just did'nt clean around the edges.

    The grounds around the hotel were not well kept, the toilet seat was so old the laminate was worn.

    Me gusta quedarme en el area porque esta super centrico and great price. Also the front desk is nice and the new rooms are pleasant and clean. Their pool is ice cold year round.

    A jacuzzi to warm up the nights, comfortable beds and im Grunde ist es ein standard Continental Breakfast. Near the local community college.

    They cost a little more and the customer service just couldn't be better.
