Atrium restaurant had an astonishing combination of scents and flavors, and the beach was one of the cleanest. The outdoor pool was the most attractive spot in summer.

The towels were too restrictive, I guess they didn't trust me not to steal them.

We decided to go for the studio deluxe, instead of the studio. The studio deluxe is a great choice and excellent value for money, we had a great sea view from the 8th floor, breakfast was good and diverse, cocktails at the bar very good, dinner with a wide range of foods and really tasty too, close to the beach, all was great!

at night we could hear the beats from the night club. it wasn't all that disturbing, but not really ok either.

I had a great value for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and had all the amenities I needed, including a mini kitchen. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and nearby shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with any questions or requests.

The breakfast items could have been better.

I keep staying here because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception & security, fitness centre, massage, laundry. Staff once helped me find a great place to order delicious food. Coming back next trip.

Excellent location near nature, short walk to beach and restaurants. Good distancing between sun beds at pool and beach. Attentive and friendly staff. Spacious room with amenities, perfect for families. a great experience.

my words are speechless the hotel is fantastic not even 1 complaint. the room was very big and comfort, the staff at the reception were very kind and helpfull. the outside swimming pool is hugh but we didnt use it bec. was still cold.total everything was splendid we shall come again for sure.

The hotel staff goes above and beyond to make your stay unforgettable. The breakfast served in our room was a pleasant surprise, and the friendly reception staff were always available. The kitchenette in the room was well-equipped, perfect for organizing meals. The reserved area on the beach was the best in the whole strip. The entertainment for kids was a daily highlight. The mind-blowing breakfast had countless options and was incredibly tasty. The open buffet foods were super satisfying. We would love to come back and experience all these jaw-dropping amenities again!

The hotel was fantastic with really clean surroundings. It had excellent hotel facilities and parking was readily available. The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the beautiful beach, which was amazing. The breakfast selection was very impressive. The staff were very friendly and I felt happy to approach them for everything.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. I staied at several 5 stars hotel during time in Europe and this hotel is one of the best, considering the value for the money. Albena might be a little too quiet for some people, but the hotel is for sure "the best in town".

I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service and facilities at this hotel. The executive studio room was spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and two LCD TVs. The separate kitchenette was equipped with everything we needed. The food at the half table meals, including breakfast and dinner, was delicious and diverse. We also received a warm welcome with champagne and a fruit plate in our room. The view from our balcony on the 7th floor was stunning. I also appreciated the included parking and the availability of sunbeds at the pool and beach. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great family hotel with amazing amenities and fantastic food. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, and the pools were perfect for the kids with shallow water. The breakfast buffet was fresh and had a wide selection. The hotel's location was accessible to the beach, and the staff was helpful.

Some amenities had some restrictions, like the limited availability of towel tools and staff with some language barriers. Nonetheless, these points were still manageable, and we had a great overall experience.

The spa facilities and standard of accomodation was first class. The food was also good and the hotel was really well managed and very good value for money. The hotel would be considered of a high standard anywhere in the world and I would have no hesitation in recomending it.

Resort was almost entirely closed in October only two hotels open and no bars or restaurants. we did however have a superb beach almost to ourselves.

The room was better than expected, we had a small kitchen area, two large beds, a settee, dinning table and chairs, a large balcony, a large shower plus a bath and two toilets, yes two.

The evening meal was a good selection of food, but the food that should have been hot was luke warm but apart from that it was good. Breakfast was good
