The employees were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We walked everywhere, the location was handy and quiet, in sand which is getting tracked in to rooms.

Nothing to complain about, the hotel met the needs. This was a real good stay for one night. Peaceful location, it was near the airport and primary businesses in Castlegar as well as a liquor store. The staff was especially helpful and attentive, took good care of everyone.

Really enjoyed our rooms with towels. Favourable location - within walking distance of everywhere we needed. The breakfast was gluten free and nice hot, the check in was friendly. Superfriendly and outstandingly accommodating staff members provided a few recommendations.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi connection was slow.

A beautifully restored and comfortable modern hotel, my first choice in Castlegar. Clean place & supper friendly and accommodating staff. Had double room with a microwave and 2 great queen sized beds with good pillows plus fridge.

Greatly enjoyed spending my time in this clean moderately priced hotel. The location was very central, unbeatable close to highway access. Fast food restaurant Tim Hortons was located 15 minutes walk away. Overall it was great-sized and stocked for the value. There was really accommodating staff and the service was good.
The hotel staff was a little rude.

Got a delicious and lovely breakfast included. The staff were all superbly friendly, very pleasant. The hotel was set in a very central area next to brewery, a pub and restaurants. There was an attached restaurant nearby.
