Wonderful location could not have been better close to everything and the hotel is very well located in downtown Boston.

A nice view of Beacon Street and the good stuff: this is a super-stylish hotel in a wonderful location.

The location is ideal be warned there is traffic noise and pulling up to the hotel the bell staff is prompt.

He said while it was currently in use, we should call after the game and they would be happy to pick us up, avoiding another sweaty subway ride.

I booked to stay at the hotel for two nights as a stop off on our way to Maine.

Upon our arrival in our room I was pleased to see luxury amenities, a gas fireplace, comfortable bedding, a spacious sitting area and a well- appointed bathroom area.

Welcome by the staff was quite nice, the service was pleasant and efficient, the bed was so comfortable.

Car service is great and best rooms to book - book a studio.

Without the pretentiousness of some luxury hotels, in addition to great service and a large soft comfortable poster bed.

The bed was heavenly, one of the best meals we've had in years and the concierge was great recomending.

In addition breakfast in the restaurant was perfect.

The following day we ordered breakfast in the restaurant downstairs and went out for most of the day and returned late afternoon and again our room was still not made up so we ventured out again and returned an hour later to find it cleaned.

The food at the restaurant remarkable and waiter was EXCELLENT.

The restaurant has absolutely fantastic food.

Room service was prompt and the food in the Fedralist restaurant was fabulous.

In the evening, we were going to a Red Sox game when again a front desk manager stopped us to talk about their free car service.

Customer service was excellent, concierge was helpful in making arrangements and the rooms were spacious clean.

Especially in a hotel that puts a clear emphasis on service and the staff was most accomodating.

A truly amazing staff, concierge was friendly and the room was very comfortable and romantic.

The decor was modern, staff were amazing and room service was quick and tasty.

Lobby is small, but didn't need to spend time there.

They even had a bottle of champagne waiting in their rooftop garden for us.

The hotel and rooms were beautiful and clean.

Without the pretentiousness of some luxury hotels, in addition to great service and a large soft comfortable poster bed. The restaurant has absolutely fantastic food.

The rooms become a retreat from the busy city, the elevators are slow so you often have to wait for them awhile.

The location is excellent and you just can't beat the hotel vibe you like personal service. The staff is friendly and the bathrooms are fantastic. The elevator is a real classic, the attached Federalist Bar has a great feel to.

Good for indulgent weekends in town, great location and just about everything in Boston was closed except Mooo. The Mercedes house car was very convenient, the rates were attractive too and the staff was quite helpful and courteous. The room was fabulous, pillows were very comfortable and the curtain on the wall had a large tear. Every dish was amazing and the front desk manager sent us a complimentary bottle of wine.

Great complimentary mercedes car service around town - fantastic and location is perfect. I frequent 5 star hotels, the staff should be a bit more polite attentive and the concierge is very helpful. Rooms are pleasant, the mini-bar is well stocked.

Great location, reasonable quality and for the money we paid we were probably better off somewhere newer. The service was excellent, the concierge Jonathan was so accomodating and the room had a very good stereo. The sheets were soft and fine, moooo restaurant were all just amazing.
