Comfortable rooms with great amenities including a beautiful shower and a comfortable bed. The breakfast offered a variety of options including pancakes and smoothies. The staff were hospitable and willing to help with anything.
Noticed that the windows were extremely dirty and towels were old. The option to extend reservations was frustrating and had to be done through an international line.

We stayed near several shops and restaurants, including the OXXO stores, which was excellent. The hotel's position near the embankment was fantastic for evening strolls or taking a cab ride. The room was outstanding, with comfortable beds and a secure safe. The bathroom was clean with hot water. The staff offered exceptional service during our stay, and breakfast had an extensive variety of options.
The hotel pool area lacks comfortable furniture.

We especially loved the convenience of having an OXXO shop nearby for any necessities we needed during our stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing excellent service. We also enjoyed the option of hiring a taxi service through the hotel for our tours, which made exploring the area hassle-free. The hotel amenities, such as the indoor swimming pool and the restaurant, were also top-notch. this place provided us with a luxurious and comfortable experience.
