the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful, managed the parking nearby. the rooms are well-appointed and extremely spacious with big bed and our experience is nice.

The hotel is in a great location, with a large shopping mall just across the street. We enjoyed the excellent food at the restaurant and found the bed to be very comfortable. The pool area and gym were a nice bonus. I'll definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay in Merida.

Liked this comfortable hotel, easy to find. Very very helpful staff, the breakfast in the restaurant was the best and excellent. I booked a deluxe king room, it was modern and had climate control, a safe, and multi-channel TV. The location was favourable and magnificent for me.

This hotel in Merida is a great find! The location is perfect, right next to the conference center and in the modern part of town. The staff are attentive and go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the bed is big and cozy. And not to forget, the breakfast is delicious and worth every penny!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right next to the conference center in the historic center. It made attending our meetings so convenient. The service was top-notch, from the friendly staff to the efficient room service and housekeeping. We really appreciated the extra amenities like the ironing facilities, in-room safe, and the terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The restaurant offered a delicious range of meals, and we were even treated to a welcome drink upon arrival. The swimming pool and sun terrace were the perfect spots to unwind after a long day. And the free Wi-Fi in public areas was a great added bonus.

Everything was perfect, nonetheless we stayed for 1 night only. Also, location was best possible and perfect, within walking distance of a splashy museum. A convenience store and convenience stores were right next door. It offered excellant service and GOOD food too.
