Fiesta Americana Villas Acapulco - 阿卡普尔科

This hotel is in a great location, pretty close to everything on the main strip.

The beach at the Fiesta Americana Condesa was the best and the location was perfect.

Room was fabulous overlooking the Ocean, location was great and hotel was very clean and modern.

For example, they have an area for taxi drivers that they have contracted and no other taxis are allowed in the resort.

1) Taxi from Airport to Hotel should be $25 USD ($250 pesos) NOT $40 like we were charged.

The bedroom had an enormous king size bed, another same large tv, and a big bathroom complete with jacuzzi tub.

The room was updated, bed sheets were nice,there was a jacuzzi tub, 2 flat screens, 2 balconies with chairs & a small table, cute kitchnette, adequate sized fridge (it was only me & my husband!

The room was great (we are members of the vacation club so we had a 2 bedroom suite) with plenty of room.

It actually was two rooms, with a vast living room, large screen tv, and fully equipped kitchen.

Clean and comfortable rooms with cable TV and excellent conditioner air.

We use the restaurant for breakfast - poolside lunches are good but for dinner try La Tortuga just down the street and around the corner from the Office Max - fabulous service and atmosphere, moderate prices - good food.

You have to navigate tons of stairs to get to the beach and have a very limited choice of restaurants, 1 restaurant per meal so you get really tired of the selection.

The breakfast at the Chula Vista restaurant was very good, the pools were clean.

However, we did eat breakfast and lunch at the hotel a few times, and we were satisfied.

Also be careful, even though it says the hotel has 3 restaurants, these restaurants are open for only very specific times and meals, 1 for bkfst, 1 for lunch and 1 for dinner.

On the plus side, the service ranges from average (the receptionist) to great (concierge Veronica Avila).

The front desk was very helpful, concierge made reservations for us (though I reccomend doing your own research on restaurants, although the front desk recommended Zibu & it was an amazing experience!

Moreover a nice internet area in the new lobby area as well and concierge service was helpful.

Friendly staff and courteous service is the reason.

Cleaned the pool area, wonderful hotel and their lobby bar has a 2-4-1 happy hour.

However, desite reserving an "ocean front king w/ terrace" as high up as possible, we were initially given a room a few stories above the pool.

Beach pool are great and the view is much better.

Rooms are not extravagent but clean and pleasant.

Moreover the rooms clean, a Mexican buffet night as well and the pool was huge.

Room were nice and the pool was always clean.

Furthermore the staff was friendly and our room was clean.

But our room was very clean and the view from the balcony was magnificent.
