    Also service: excellent throughout the hotel and great price.

    Property- beautiful common areas, sophisticated hotel and well worth the money.

      Common areas beautiful, the beach was also perfect and the food in the hotel's restaurants was excellent. Also the Melia Cancun was a better deal for the money, the lobby bar were also great and the staff was always friendly. The tub worked fine and the towels were big. The breakfast buffet was wonderful, dinner was good and the young woman at the concierge desk was very helpful.

      The beach excellent and good location. The hotel was AWESOME and the service was exceptional. Our room was large and pillows were great. FOOD: Breakfasts were AMAZING and the poolside waiters were fast and accurate.

      Beach is great, escorts me in my fluffy robe to the outdoor massage area and the hotel is very nice. The buildings themselves are beautiful, the Chichen Itza all-inclusive tour is worth the money as well and the staff by the pool is excellent. The water is fine and 2 LARGE rolled up towels are laid out on each one.

      Elevators are very slow and the food is a little pricey. Dinner at MB is overpriced.

      The beach here is beautiful, the location across the street from the mall is very convenient and the hotel is also really nice. The 8 different pools each have their own great style, the service there is very good as well and the furniture is simple and modern. The toilets didn't even flush at all, the coffee is excellent and wine list is not 500 bottles long. The spa is amazing.

      Pool/Beach side food was good and the view from the 6th floor was awesome. The bed was the most comfortable I have EVER had in a hotel and the service was excellent. The room was HUGE and the restaurants on the property were both great. The poolside waiters were fast and accurate, mexican guests were always friendly, the concierge was also VERY helpful.

      The beach is nice and the rooms have a great ocean view. This place really is beautiful and the staff is attentive and friendly. Water are spectacular and fOOD - MB is awesome. Pool is good.
