Fess Parker'S Doubletree Resort Santa Barbara - 圣巴巴拉

The location of the hotel was close to the Wharf and State streed with a good pair of walking shoes.

The location of accomidations were perfect and the personnel was always very nice.

Really really nice hotel in a fantastic location.

We flew up from LAX via United Express Turbo Prop to the local airport in Goleta.

About 10 -12 minute drive from the airport to the Hotel which is just south of downtown Santa Barbara.

The rooms are nicely appointed and decorated, as well as unusually spacious -- we had two queen beds and still had plenty of room for an inflatable toddler bed, and an infant playpen for our children.

The furniture in my room (coffee table, couch, chair, Desk, Bed, Dresser) seemed to be brand new.

Room was luxurious, bed was super comfortable, lots of pillow, down comforter, etc.

Besides the presidential suite (that’s 1200 square feet with the same size balcony) the bathrooms were standard, but the additional vanity outside the bathroom was a nice bonus.

The rooms are spacious, very nice, the bathrooms are nice, the beds are nice.

I only ate an appitizer in the bar/lounge area, a margarita marinated shrimp quesadila (Excellent and reasonably priced), although as a gold Hilton's Honor member, I was provided coupons for free breakfast each day.

Breakfast in the hotel restaurant -- pricey, but okay.

He didn't even know the hours of the restaurant IN the hotel, much less have any insight into other restaurants in the area.

The restaurant was closed and the bar was under staffed.

If you want to eat a meal in the bar area, don't!

The food service staff seems to stay and they remember us.

When we declined, he quickly gave us directions to and the phone number of a facilty about a mile away, where we were given outstanding, fast service by the entire staff.

I reviewed the hotel's upscale steakhouse separately (not so great), but the basic hotel food (room service and lobby cafe) and staff service were more than adequate.

Aside from that, the staff was pleasant and the bellhop service was speedy.

The restaurant has an attractive, large lobby area, a nice bar area, a fitness center, and a swimming pool.

The fitness center was a little lame, somewhat dated, and the credentials as a Spa were flimsy at best.

During our stay the spa and gym were under construction and had been moved into hotel rooms.

The rooms were very clean, spacious, beautiful.

Room was clean, large, with a nice patio.

I had no problems with my room and it was clean.

The room was spacious and clean (big enough for 4 people, a lab and 2 bikes w/out feeling cramped).

The room was not as clean as I would have liked.
