The hotel facilities were excellent, with a great restaurant and a small shop that had everything we needed. The cleanliness of the apartment was top-notch, and it was equipped with everything we could possibly need and more. The staff were incredibly friendly and always had a smile on their faces. We also loved the fact that there were plenty of playgrounds and activities for children of all ages. this resort is a paradise for families and we can't wait to return!

Difficult to find there even with GPS. It's a family-friend hotel, which means that you are not able to hear your own voice in the restaurant ( lot of noisy small children are running up and down continouisly ). Pets ( dogs ) are allowed in the restaurant! Breakfast is very poor and same every morning.

The location near the lake was fantastic for our Xmas vacation. We enjoyed taking the kids to the playgrounds and swimming in the lake. The small shop on-site was a great convenience and had everything we needed. the restaurant had a good variety of dishes to choose from, and the food was tasty.

The lack of cleanliness in the apartment was a disappointment, and we did not appreciate the poor English spoken by the staff. We also struggled with the absence of air conditioning, making it difficult to sleep at night.
