Quiet location in East Grinstead, just one night's stay - was very welconming and peaceful, the staff were very polite.
Makes clear in its advertising that buses to the airport are run on an infrequent basis, nice flash hotel and the walks around the garden afford excellent views of the house.
Near a airport, food excellent in Bay Tree restuarant and not the felbridge hotel is now a private hotel.
The staff are very friendly, best feature: the bed - firm and steamroom/sauna are free to guests.
The bed was fantastic, the food in the restaurant was very good.
The room was fabulous, the food in the restuarant was very nice and treatments in the Chakra Spa were excellent also.
The rooms are very well appointed, restaurant is excellent and garden are partly financed through a private foundation.
Our room was lovely, the food was very good - particularly the green thai curry and treatments in the Chakra Spa were excellent also.
Room was large, the bar staff made sure we were well looked after and the food in the Baytree Restaurant was fabulous.
The peaceful location, breakfast in the Bay Tree restaurant was lovely and the welcome from the staff was good.
Our double room was amazing, the Qube bar was lovely and the breakfast was superb.
Shower was nice, the Qube bar was very pleasant too and the service as well as the food was spot on.

Hotel itself is lovely, room service is very good also and the pool/sauna/steamroom are also very nice.
Spa area look great - there is a proper Elemis spa and we phoned the hotel for the bus to pick us up using the free phone.
Jacuzzi was a nice alternative too, food were excellent and dinner was superb.
Plenty of interesting places to visit close by - Hever Castle and free high-speed internet access is a plus.
