Great value for money, with comfortable rooms, a big TV, and an amazing shower. The hotel is conveniently located with a bus stop right in front, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

The breakfast could be improved by extending the serving time, as it finishes at 9:30.

Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. They always had a warm smile on their faces and were ready to assist with anything I needed. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a great selection to choose from, including some mouthwatering hams and cheeses. Oh, and did I mention the clean and comfortable rooms? They had everything I needed, including a multi-jet shower with new linen on the bed. great value for the money!

During my city break, I had a pleasant stay at a hotel in L'Aquila. The prime location was perfect as it provided easy access to important landmarks and conveniences. The staff was friendly and helpful, always willing to answer our queries and offer advice on the best places to visit in the area. The room was spacious and comfortable, and it was clean and well-maintained. there was plenty of parking space for guests who arrived with cars.

The hotel had a very limited breakfast menu, which was a bit disappointing. Although the continental breakfast provided some options such as juices, cold cuts, and cereals, there weren't many varieties to choose from.

My room at Federico II was ready when I arrived, a relief after a long journey. The attentive staff made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. The breakfast spread was generous and served at the stated times. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved the convenient and secure parking of the hotel, which was very close to the historic center of the city. The staff was exceptional in terms of customer service and could speak English fluently. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a great selection of meats and cheeses.

I had a wonderful stay at Federico II in L'Aquila. The hotel is located in a quiet neighborhood, but it is still close to the city center where you can find plenty of restaurants, bars, and a Carrefour supermarket within walking distance. I was pleasantly surprised to find a bank called BPER just across the street that offered currency exchange services, which was really convenient. The customer service at the hotel was exceptional, with the staff going out of their way to help me with getting a PCR test for my return. The room was great and comfortable, and the breakfast they served was fabulous. They had a variety of croissants with different fillings, boiled eggs, cheese, yogurts, juices. my experience at Federico II was fantastic.

I can't fault anything about my stay at Federico II. 👍
